She's a big girl now!!
Over the last 2 months Jacee has made some pretty big changes in her life. She started wanting to go to the bathroom in the toilet about 2 months ago. I occasionally would put her on the toilet but was not ready to potty train her yet. One day we were at my mom's house and she was sitting on the toilet with her pacifier in her month when all of a sudden it fell out of her mouth and into the toilet. From that moment on, she hasn't used a pacifier! It worked like a charm too! Whenever she asked for her pacifier, I would just ask her "Remember what happened to it?" She quickly remind her self that it had fallen into the toilet.
Jacee's Aunt Colleen was kind enough to save her old bed for Jacee. It's been sitting in Grandma Gaye's basement for the last few months. A few weeks ago we decided we would go pick it up and try it out for her. The picture above was her first night in her big girl bed! She LOVES it. She has done surprisingly well in it too. She's only fallen off it once!
And.... last but not least....
SHE'S COMPLETELY POTTY TRAINED!! WHOOOOO!!!! After 5 years of always having a baby in diapers! This is a huge deal to me!! I LOVE it!!!
